As part of the ESG Assurance team, you will play a hands‑on role in enhancing the credibility of sustainability disclosures through independent verification and insight‑driven assessments.
You can expect to be involved in:
- Assessment & Verification: Reviewing ESG reports, policies, data, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with relevant standards and regulations
- Data Analysis: Analyzing environmental, social, and governance data for consistency, relevance, and reliability
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with management, data owners, investors, regulators, and suppliers to gather insights and validate ESG information
- Reporting: Preparing ESG Assurance reports that inform stakeholder and investment decisions
- Recommendations: Identifying opportunities to strengthen sustainability practices, controls, and governance
- Standards & Frameworks: Assessing alignment with frameworks such as GRI, Integrated Reporting (IR), SASB, IFRS S1 & S2, and other relevant guidelines
- Continuous Monitoring: Supporting year‑on‑year ESG performance monitoring and assessments
- Regulatory Awareness: Staying informed on evolving ESG regulations and sustainability reporting requirements

Who We're Looking For:

Requirements:
- Undergraduates who have completed their degree studies, candidates pursuing professional qualifications, or experienced professionals are all welcome to apply
- Efficient and highly effective work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically three or more at a time)
- Capability to contribute to high‑quality project deliverables while supporting team development
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sustainability data and present insights clearly and concisely
- Ability to support project managers in sustainability training, including sessions for senior management and boards
- Confidence in supporting client interviews and facilitating engaging stakeholder discussions
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools
- Fluent in English — written, spoken, and reading
