What can you expect

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in the firm's financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and smooth execution of day-to-day finance activities.

You will:

  • Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, supporting cash flow and operational efficiency.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of bank accounts, inter-company balances, payroll, service tax, and related ledgers.
  • Prepare cash flow reports, monthly schedules, and financial documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and company secretaries to ensure compliance and smooth financial processes.
  • Gain exposure to financial audits, regulatory requirements, and best practices within a global professional services environment.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments, contributing to process enhancements and operational improvements across the Finance function.

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
