We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager in TET/CIO Advisory within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role, you will work closely with teams to quickly solve client challenges, analyze and advise on digital solutions and help address some of today's most pressing business issues. Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver clients Digital and IT strategies, including the design of target operating models.
- Manage full project lifecycles - gathering information, documenting requirements, analyzing insights and shaping future-state recommendations.
- Work with clients to clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories.
- Provide clear, well-supported recommendations on architecture, delivery approaches, tools, cost models and operating structures.
- Mentor and support junior team members across technical and non-technical areas.
- Conduct research and apply global frameworks, tools and best practices to meet client objectives.
- Create project deliverables, run workshops and facilitate stakeholder interviews.
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations with strong, client-focused insights.
- Advise on and implement effective IT governance and processes (e.g., Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in IT/Technology Consulting or the Banking sector, with focus on systems, applications, or project management.
- Strong communication skills with solid technical understanding, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Independent, self‑driven, well‑organized and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively and resolve issues quickly.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
