KRJP People Team, Associate (HRIS, Ops, GA)

HRIS

• Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and system reliability
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and automation of HR processes
• Generate reports and dashboards from HR systems to support data-driven decision making

Welfare & Benefit

• Design, manage, and continuously improve employee welfare and benefit programs
• Administer benefit enrollment, claims processing, and vendor relationships
• Benchmark market practices and propose improvements to keep offerings competitive

HR Admin/ Ops

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative work, including contracts, personnel records, and documentation
• Ensure all HR documentation complies with labor law and internal policy
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR administrative matters in a timely, accurate manner
• Own HR operational processes end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding

GA

• Manage office facilities, vendor contracts, and general administrative operations
• Oversee procurement and management of office supplies and equipment
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient office environment

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 6 years of experience across HRIS, HR operations, HR admin, benefits, or general affairs
• Strong process ownership and attention to detail
• Data driven, organized, proactive, strong communicator
• Problem-solver with critical thinking and experience handling complex, cross-functional issues
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
• Good communicator in Korean and English (Japanese is a plus, but not required)
