KYC Analyst- ANZ Region

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our team focusing on the ANZ region and will report in our Malaysia office in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of KYC compliance processes and be responsible for ensuring that customer due diligence is conducted effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough KYC due diligence for clients in the ANZ region.
• Analyze customer information and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in customer data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports on KYC findings and present them to management as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and guidelines applicable to the ANZ region.
• Proficiency in using KYC/AML software and databases.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
