The Role

We are looking for a seasoned L2 Apps Support professional to take ownership of Kube365 workflow-based applications within the banking sector. You will play a critical role across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through to deployment and handover, ensuring robust, high-quality solutions for a large financial institution.

What You'll Do

• Plan, design, develop, and manage Kube365 workflow-based applications and software

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate Kube365 into business applications and websites

• Analyze user requirements and define application functionality

• Perform unit, regression, system integration, UAT and VAPT support testing

• Lead defect fixes, testing, and deployment, preparing release and deployment plans

• Prepare Detail Level Design Documents and obtain necessary sign-offs

• Prepare handover documents and conduct briefings to the Application Support team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• Certified Microsoft SharePoint Developer

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on software development and implementation experience, preferably in a large service/vendor organisation or established bank/financial institution

• At least 5 years of working experience in workflow-based applications

• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) and integration using JSON, YAML, or XML

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
