L2 Apps Support _ Treasury & Banking

• Bachelor's Degree in IT

• Minimum 7-8 years of working experiences.

• Knowledge in Capital Markets System will be advantage.

• Working experience in Treasury, FX market is an added advantage

• Good understanding of the Treasury business knowledge.

(a) Assist in any new systems implementation e.g. requirement specification, system evaluation, installation, customization, testing, conversion and migration.

• (b) Provide support and maintenance for all application systems implemented.

• (c) Perform or provide assistance in bug fixing, change request, customization, and enhancement to application systems implemented.

• (d) Prepare and maintain user documentation and provide training for in-house developed applications.

• (e) Perform quality assurances on all application systems prior to UAT commencement.

• (f) Assist users in quality assurance testing (i.e. guidance on test objectives, planning, test script design, etc during UAT, etc).

• (g) Study and evaluate the impact of new releases, patches or version before applying/implementing.

• (h) Monitor application performance.

• (i) Analyze the application failures/problems and provide resolution to mitigate/address them.

• (j) Ensure IT systems are running smoothly and accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

• (k) Provide support in relation to IT Disaster Recovery Requirement with Business Continuity Plan.

• (l) Working knowledge of SQL, MYSQL, ORACLE databases & basic Unix and Linux network configuration.

• (m) Vendor tickets tracking and management

• (n) Working knowledge on Windows and Linux platform.

• (o) Working knowledge of IT Hardware (basic) and Software.

• (p) Ability to diagnose and address application issues

• (q) Ability to solve complex application problems/issues.

• (r) Act as IT assistance in new project if any.

• (s) Written and verbal communication skills.
