Job Title: L2 Technical Support Engineer-Site Migrations
Work Location: Subang Airport, Malaysia
We are seeking an experienced L2 Technical Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for end-user computing, site migrations, and IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, device management, incident handling, and ensuring seamless IT operations aligned with SLA and ITIL standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform installation, configuration, and re-imaging of devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues
- Manage and resolve tickets within SLA using ITSM tools
- Support end users (onsite & remote) and handle escalations
- Coordinate with vendors and L3 teams for issue resolution
- Support device upgrades, migrations, and IT events
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, KB articles)
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Hands-on hardware and end-user support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android OS
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Knowledge of O365, MS Office, and application support
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA environment
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
