Responsibilities
- 3 years experience in L2 IT support
- Experience providing remote end-user support in enterprise environments
- Ability to handle escalations from L1 and onsite teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and standard workplace services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (user/device level)
- Experience supporting deployment and migration activities based on defined procedures
- Ability to follow runbooks, scripts, and technical instructions accurately
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language are a MUST
