About the Role

The role involves providing L2 IT support, ensuring seamless remote end-user assistance in enterprise environments while managing escalations and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • 3 years experience in L2 IT support
  • Experience providing remote end-user support in enterprise environments
  • Ability to handle escalations from L1 and onsite teams
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and standard workplace services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (user/device level)
  • Experience supporting deployment and migration activities based on defined procedures
  • Ability to follow runbooks, scripts, and technical instructions accurately
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language are a MUST

Qualifications

3 years experience in L2 IT support
