We are seeking a skilled L2 Windows & VMware Specialist with 35 years of experience in Windows server administration, VMware virtualization, database support (Oracle & MySQL), and automation using PowerShell and Python. The role involves supporting core applications, build engineering activities, and ensuring stable infrastructure operations within a global service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Windows Server environments and VMware infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain virtual machines, ESXi hosts, and vCenter environments.
- Support and troubleshoot Oracle and MySQL databases.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
- Perform build, deployment, and environment configuration activities.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with global service and foundation teams for infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure system security, patching, and compliance standards are maintained.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Solid knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
