About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for FIS Open Payment Framework, a cloud-native ISO 20022-based platform.
- Troubleshoot payment processing including validation, routing, security, and auditing.
- Support payment flows across multiple payment schemes.
- Maintain POM components and payment framework execution modules.
- Support microservices, REST APIs, and integration with AML, fraud, FX, fees, etc.
- Maintain Core Banking Integration Service operations.
- Use OVA for real-time monitoring and issue diagnostics.
- Support module upgrades, ISO standards updates, and scheme compliance.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with enterprise payment systems and OPF-like modular hubs.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, instant payments, and multi-scheme processing.
- Familiarity with cloud-native microservices and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
