Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior L3 Production Support Analyst with deep expertise in Silverlake Core Banking systems to join our support operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of AS400/DB2, programming languages such as RPG, COBOL, and Java, and experience in problem and incident management within a production environment. The role focuses on maintaining application stability, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions in a mission-critical banking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Core Banking applications built on the Silverlake platform.
• Manage production problems and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate implementation of permanent fixes.
• Support job failures, batch issues, and system alerts across AS400/DB2 environments.
• Analyze, debug, and fix code written in RPG, COBOL, and Java.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams to address application issues and ensure continuous system availability.
• Participate in impact analysis and risk assessments for code changes or patch deployments.
• Document support procedures, RCA reports, and standard operating processes.
• Adhere to ITIL standards for problem, incident, and change management.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

6-9 years of experience in L3 production support or application maintenance in Core Banking environments.

Hands-on experience with:

o Silverlake Core Banking System

o AS400 (iSeries) and DB2

o Programming in RPG, COBOL, and Java

Proficiency in incident tracking, log analysis, and batch job troubleshooting.

Good understanding of ITIL processes, especially Problem Management.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in banking operations or with financial transaction platforms.

Familiarity with monitoring tools, job schedulers, and batch management systems.

Exposure to Open Systems or hybrid integration with AS400 platforms.
