Job Role:

L3 Support Developer (Banking domain)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Core Banking Development support covering L3 PBI resolution:

• Project management of PBI resolution
• Problem and Incident triaging
• Knowledge management
• Problem ticket development and resolution
• Change management process for Production implementation
• Post go-live support for 1month

2) Technical Scope:

• REM – FIS Payments Platform:

-COBOL AS400

-Understand remittance functional domain

• ROS – FIS Payments Platform:

-RPG AS400

-Understand payments and bulk payments functional domain

-System integration with front end system

-Batch downstream integration for payments transaction

• Others:

-Control-M

-Project management and coordination

Job Requirements:

• 3-8+ years of strong experience in AS400 development (COBOL & RPG).
• Experience in L3 production support and incident management.
• Good understanding of remittance and payment processing systems.
