Lab Admin (Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Test environment set-up & troubleshoot.
• Equipment calibration planning.
• Lab Capital and Non-Capital Asset management, inventory control.
• Lab Logistics, Asset Shipments.
• Procurement Support – (Purchasing, Request Quotation, Raise SC).
• Audit (Finance, reconciliation, cycle-count etc).

Requirements

• Possess Diploma in any Engineering courses with 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Good decision making, analytical, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good statistical skills to provide comprehensive update on work progress and data compilation.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa. Additional advantage for Mandarin language speakers.
• Self-sufficient, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers.
• Willing to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
