Job Description

  • Perform routine laboratory tests on milling, batching, packing samples, and raw materials according to SOP, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Report any quality defects or arising issues to the superiorfor further action.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for product quality defects and update NCR records accordingly.
  • Conduct additional testing related to competitor's flour analysis, flour streaming studies, complaints, and R&D evaluations as assigned.
  • Accurately record and file test results, graphs, and other documents with no errors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and Good Laboratory Practice.
  • Serve as a backup to change formulas in IFIX after normal shifts, during weekends, and on public holidays as instructed.
  • Support and comply with FSSC 22000 requirements and actively participate in related activities.
  • Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Food Technology or any Science related.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Laboratory.
  • Positive workattitude.
