We are on the lookout for a Chemistry Laboratory Technician to support and collaborate with Scientists and and researchers to support ongoing projects. He / She is precise, compliant to given instructions and able to adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data for scientific investigations
- Prepare laboratory samples/specimens for testing and conduct prescribed experiments accurately
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in the development of new testing methods and protocols
- Order and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals
- Collaborate with scientists and researchers to support ongoing studies
Requirements
- SPM/STPM Science Stream or Diploma in Science preferably Chemistry
- Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Meticulous, discipline and observant
