JOB DESCRIPTION

Verify pipe specifications, cutting, grinding, and preparation for lamination.
Tack the pipes as per spool drawing with precise dimension.
Measure, mix, and prepare resins, glass fiber, and other materials according to procedures.
Perform GRE lamination procedures with consistency following LAMPRO checklist and spec.
Operate tools such as angle grinders, cutters and measurement devices safely and correctly.
Conduct dimensional checks and visual inspections.
Track and report daily production output and material usage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
Ability to carry physical works.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
