Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to support ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves conducting site surveys, verifying land boundaries, and providing accurate data to ensure project alignment and compliance with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct land and site surveys to establish boundaries, elevations, and topographical features
- Set out project works in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Perform measurements using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
- Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation
- Verify site levels and coordinates to ensure accuracy during construction
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project teams on survey data
- Ensure all survey activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain surveying equipment
Requirements:- Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure projects
- Proficient in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of site setting out and as-built surveys
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Willing to be site-based and travel if required
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in infrastructure, highway, or large-scale construction projects
- Familiar with local authority requirements and survey regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
