Language Interpreter - Mandarin / Cantonese WFH Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Interpret spoken Mandarin/Cantonese for customers via call
• Facilitate clear communication between parties by accurately conveying messages in both languages.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times during interpretations.
• Document and report any issues or challenges faced during interpretations to the management.
• Assist in translating written documents as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills in both languages.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English to ensure effective interpretation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during night shifts.
• Familiarity with interpretation software and tools is a plus.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of nuances in both languages.
