Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support to Japanese-speaking customers
- Handle both Voice and Non-Voice customer service processes
- Assist customers via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
- Work closely with a dynamic and multicultural team

Requirements
- Fluent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2/N1 preferred)
- Good command of English
