KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Korean language support for business and operational requirements
• Review, interpret, and manage Korean-language content and communications
• Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality in written and verbal communication
• Support customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions when required
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders

• Handle assigned tasks efficiently within defined timelines
