Job Description

Job Summary:

  1. The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling daily production activities to ensure customer requirements, productivity targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
  2. The position works closely with plant operations, logistics, customer service, and quality teams to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and support operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and coordinate daily production activities.
  2. Monitor workflow, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
  3. Manage incoming, outgoing, rework, and inventory activities.
  4. Coordinate logistics and production scheduling requirements.
  5. Track operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
  6. Support manpower planning and resource allocation.
  7. Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with quality and operational procedures.
  9. Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
  10. Support customer requirements through effective operational execution.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, warehouse, or operational roles will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  3. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  4. Able to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

Personal Competencies

  1. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  2. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  3. Detail oriented with strong follow up discipline.
  4. Proactive and results driven.
  5. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language

  1. Good written and spoken English.
  2. Bahasa Malaysia required.
  3. Additional language skills are an advantage.
