Description
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of franchise accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support budget planning and forecasting activities for franchise operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with audits and ensure all financial documentation is well-organised and readily available.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Experience in managing franchise accounts within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
