About the Role

The overarching objective of the IT Analyst is to assist the wider team with the operational performance of AIA's Group shared Public Cloud services. The role will ensure the smooth operation of the Public Cloud services by responding to business unit requests.
The role will also work closely with the Cloud Engineer, Automation to identify new use cases for automation from frequent business unit provisioning or support requests.
Supporting of cloud environments such as Azure (primary location), AWS and AliCloud will be the primary focus, while working with changing priorities from the team and other teams within Group Technology.

• Responsible to manage and coordinate the IT Incidents and Requests.
• Responsible to provide technical services and maintain high quality IT operations.
• Assist to deliver the Disaster Recovery, DR Test Planning & Coordination, Annual DR Test Result Reporting, Business Contingency Plan (BCP) program.
• Responsible to coordinate with different BAUs or stakeholders for the implementation of IT Operation Request (e.g., Server Backup and Server Patching)

Responsible to prepare the IT Services Management Reports when necessary.
