Ansell is looking for a Lead Analyst ERP (D365 - Order To Cash) to join our team in Cyberjaya!
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Plant and Regional Commercial Operations and IT teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting with solutions related to Order Fulfillment.
You will need to ensure D365 F&O functionality aligns with Commercial Operations requirements and enterprise standards by documenting process needs and supporting testing and validation activities.

What your role will be
- Supports design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support activities related to Order Fulfillment in the global D365 F&O transformation program.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Finance) to assist in issue resolution and ensure process alignment.
- Supports execution and troubleshooting of Order to Cash functions related to Intercompany Direct Ship and Replenishment order processing.
- Assists in maintaining and validating Available to Promise functionality for regional warehouse order fulfillment.
- Coordinates with master data teams and business stakeholders to support Engineering Change Management and product versioning processes.
- Assists with transition activities from implementation (Build) to operational support (Run), including documenting processes and supporting user questions.
- Follows Enterprise Application demand and change management practices by supporting intake documentation and tracking business requirements.
- Learns and applies business process and system design principles to identify issues, assist with root cause analysis, and recommend improvements under guidance.
- Supports Change Management activities such as change impact documentation, end-user training preparation, and updating process documentation.
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of designing, developing, and testing Order to Cash enterprise level solutions in Microsoft Dynamics F&O
- Demonstrated extensive subject matter expertise in writing functional specifications of RICE objects (RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow), partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions in the D365 F&O application.
- Supports the implementation of new and completed Order to Cash IT projects in the Order Fulfillment area with in-depth stakeholder management, training, data governance and project management skills.
- Display a continuous improvement mindset and can develop business process decomposition models
What will you bring to Ansell
- Demonstrated experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash
- Proven record in ERP implementation projects with full lifecycle experience
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with Available to Promise and Intercompany Processing (preferred)
- Operated on a global position, covering multiple regions in complex organisation
- Managing the full delivery of ERP solutions across of multiple teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Visio, Project, and Power BI)
Desirable Job Competencies
- Business Process Modeling experience
- Master Data Governance and Migration experience
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops & MSFT lifecycle services
- Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or RPA experience
- This role may require up to 25% travel
