About the Role

Provide security administration functions support to ensure all the defined functions are properly executed according to the guidelines and procedures. Handle security administration and implement controls to safeguard company resources. Conduct technical research and solutions to security issues. Continually improve guidelines and processes. Require security mindset and skills in Windows, AS400, Unix, Linux and database. Prepare for regular reporting about the task status to management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute security admin according to security request according to guideline and procedure.

• Monitoring and control team daily operations on task completeness, quality, staff loadings and performance. Guide and train team members to properly handle security request.

• Conduct technical research and provide solutions to security issues.

• Update working guidelines and processes and alsoprovide improvement request on internal used applications.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

• Provide operation report to management

• Implement AIA standard, process and procedure in daily operation

• Monitor with risk assessments on existing and proposed systems Strictly follow AIA standards and internal procedures/guidelines in daily operation

Minimum Requirement:

• Education - University graduated in Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience - 5 - 10 years of related working experiencein Information Security.

• Experience in managing and monitoring of information security tools and technologies

• Experience in Windows, AS400, Unix, Linux, MSSQL and Oracle security area.

• Experience in using PowerShell, Kettle tool and script language (java script, python etc.)

• Good understanding of issues and exposure on root cause analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
