Requirements:
Good understanding of how system works.
Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
3 to 5 years relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
Has exposure in Workday modules BAU support. Experience with any HR Workday modules is a plus.
Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow) & SLA.
Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
Consistent and proactive in BAU operations and deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests related to Workday and HR applications
Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
Perform system configuration and customization.
Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
Participate in regional project activities with HRIT focus.
Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
Liaises with necessary colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
