Lead Business Analyst

Job Description:

7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or strategic role. Proven experience in enterprise tool implementation, ideally within Strategic Portfolio Management or PPM platforms. Hands-on experience with Kiplot or similar tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow SPM, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of portfolio governance, benefit realization, and reporting frameworks. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in cross-market or regional transformation programs is a plus.
