Lead Business Analyst

Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Lead to drive documentation, requirements gathering, and software testing across healthcare-focused commercial applications. This role sits at the intersection of business process optimization, marketing operations, and regulatory compliance—requiring deep familiarity with the healthcare industry and hands-on experience in regulated environments. Salesforce expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for healthcare commercial systems, including marketing and sales platforms

- Own documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and testing protocols

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate software functionality in compliance-heavy environments

- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support QA efforts across multiple application streams

- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements

- Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations and data governance standards

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a focus on commercial strategy

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the healthcare industry

- Proven success in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GxP)

- Strong documentation and testing skills across business applications

- Experience with Salesforce and related CRM platforms

- Familiarity with healthcare marketing, sales operations, and commercial analytics

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus
