AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- The candidate's responsibilities include the provision of leadership role to a group of regional SAP Human Resources functional consultants and contractors including daily team administration, team development, goal setting, work assignment, performance review etc
- Project manager to lead/manage and implement SAP projects:-
1.Responsible for the timely delivery of all phases of projects, including estimating, scoping, build, manage/control and transition to operation. He / She must also has the experience managing and leading highly skilled, geographically dispersed team to deliver projects on-time, on budget.
2.Be able to engage and communicate with stakeholders and manage issues.
3.Responsibilities include working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed SAP designs to meet business needs, project planning, test planning, contingency and cut-over planning and post implementation support plan.
- Deep skills in the design and configuration of the SAP HR modules (i.e. payroll, benefits, personnel admin, time management, organization management, ESS & MSS portal)
- Analyze / evaluate business requirements and translate them into business solutions within SAP
- Strong integration knowledge of SAP Finance, Logistics modules and Workday.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Professional Qualification/Experience
- Degree holders or equivalent
- 3-5 years of team/people management
- Minimum 5 years managing SAP projects with 10 years of SAP HR experience
- Must have a deep understanding of SAP ERP implementation methodology experience, e.g. ASAP methodology
- The candidate must have prior SAP project leadership experience, strong organizational skills, prioritize work effectively and co-ordinate multiple projects in parallel. Must focus on building relationships with business partners and be comfortable managing large teams
- Expected to travel (mostly Indonesia, China, Singapore) if required
Business Knowledge/Special Skills
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation/delivery and meeting facilitation and ability to drive consensus
- Good understanding of end to end HR business processes
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to speak in business process knowledge with BG users
Additional requirements
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Ability to speak or write in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia will be an advantage
