Position: Lead Data Engineer (Informatica, Reltio MDM & Qlik)

Salary: Basic up to RM 8,160 (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Role Overview
You will lead the data engineering function for CAAP's master data and analytics platform portfolio. The anchor application is IRIS — an Informatica + Qlik + Reltio MDM platform classified APG3 with 24x7 gold SLA. Despite low current incident volume, IRIS is a mission-critical data platform requiring on-call availability from day one.
You will also oversee:
- GP DRM Reallocation Validation (APG5 gold)
- Payer Contract Performance Analytics (PCPA)
- HARVEST MDM DACH
- CL9 level is required given the 24x7 gold obligation and technical leadership scope.
Experience Required
- 7+ years data engineering
- Minimum 2 years in a technical lead role
- Informatica + Reltio combination is mandatory
- 24x7 on-call availability must be confirmed before offer
Must-Have Skills
- Informatica PowerCenter or Intelligent Cloud (IICS) — mandatory, minimum 5 years
- Reltio MDM — master data management, data stewardship, entity resolution
- Qlik Sense or QlikView — pipeline monitoring and reporting layer support
- 24x7 on-call readiness — IRIS APG3 gold, non-negotiable pre-hire confirmation required
- Technical leadership — team lead, escalation ownership, code review
- MDM data models — payer, contract, distributor master data for pharma
- ETL pipeline monitoring, alerting and failure resolution in production
Good-to-Have Skills
- HARVEST BI or Harvest MDM platform familiarity
- Snowflake integration with Informatica pipelines
- Payer contract performance analytics domain knowledge
- DACH region pharmaceutical market context
- SQL Server staging database management for Informatica
Key Responsibilities
- Own the IRIS platform (APG3, 24x7 gold) — Informatica + Qlik + Reltio MDM — on-call mandatory
- Lead data engineering workstream — set technical standards, own escalation, mentor junior engineers
- Monitor and maintain Informatica ETL pipelines — PowerCenter or IICS
- Manage Reltio MDM master data quality — payer, contract and distributor master data
- Support Qlik Sense reporting layer — pipeline monitoring, data validation
- Govern GP DRM Reallocation Validation (APG5, 12x5 gold) — gold SLA response requirements
- Maintain HARVEST MDM DACH (DACH region master data, MDM governance)
- Establish 24x7 on-call protocols and incident response runbooks for IRIS
- Drive data quality initiatives across the CAAP data estate
