KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for Life Core Systems solutions delivery on multiple functionalities.
- Manage and lead up to medium scale project team, arrange project team resources assigned according to projects implementation plan.
- Responsible for the work assignment and coaching of team members working in the project to deliver their tasks results to the project requirement.
- Lead and monitor the development by vendor.
- Provide integration solution with other systems.
- Translate user requirements to functional & technical specs, lead the project team members to perform the development according to confirmed technical specs.
- Collaborate and work closely with other IT systems integration.
- Carry out feasibility study of requirements and functional specs with users and other functional stakeholders.
- Perform the full SDLC cycle task, i.e. system design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, minimum 8 years working experience in Information Technology.
- Sound experience in Life Asia/Life 400/Life J, COBOL and AS/400 platform.
- Solid Life Insurance Domain knowledge.
- Solid project management skills.
- Sound record in implementing Life Insurance applications/systems.
