EXPERIENCE:
- 12–18 years in enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in hands-on delivery leadership, not just governance or oversight.
- Strong experience managing vendors, AMS, and staff augmentation models.
- Demonstrated ability to recover underperforming delivery and enforce accountability.
- Experience in large-scale implementations, integrations, and system stabilization.
- Strong commercial awareness (contracting, cost control, vendor performance).
QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent
