We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to generate business leads and support recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Generate business leads using LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites, and other online sources
- Research prospects and build lead lists
- Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other communication channels
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal, the company's AI recruitment platform
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, candidates, and follow-up activities
- Work closely with the recruitment and sales team to support business growth and hiring delivery
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of working experience in lead generation, recruitment support, sales support, or a related role
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Google search, online research, and lead generation techniques
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Good written English and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
