Vibefam is a fast-growing SaaS company powering Asias fitness businesses with class scheduling, payments, marketing, and growth tools. Were looking for a lead generation specialist who can own and execute end-to-end strategies building scalable funnels, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our sales team has a steady flow of qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the lead generation funnel to drive qualified leads and sales appointments.
- Take ownership of Vibefams website ensuring its SEO-optimized, conversion-focused, and aligned with lead generation goals.
- Develop and manage lead magnets (eBooks, guides, webinars, landing pages, etc.) to capture inbound demand.
- Run outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns, leveraging email, LinkedIn, paid ads, and partnerships.
- Implement AI automations and workflows to scale outreach, lead nurturing, and qualification processes.
- Manage HubSpot CRM ensuring leads are captured, segmented, and nurtured effectively through automated workflows.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with outreach strategies and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS/startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub (or similar CRMs).
- Confidence with AI-driven tools (AI outreach, chatbots, automations, LinkedIn/email automation, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta/LinkedIn), landing page design, and conversion rate optimization.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with a bias for execution.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or SMB SaaS space.
- Knowledge of no-code website tools (e.g. WordPress).
- Experience designing or executing content marketing campaigns (blog, newsletter, webinars)
