Lead,Healthcare System Partnership

PhAMA (Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia) is seeking a Lead, Healthcare System Partnership to drive strategic initiatives in shaping conducive regulatory and policy environment within Malaysia's evolving healthcare landscape. This role combines policy analysis, strategic partnerships, and effective engagement within Malaysia's healthcare environment, alongside industry coordination to support innovation, patient access, and compliance across the pharmaceutical ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with member companies, committees, and external stakeholders to advance key workstream priorities, while providing critical strategic and technical leadership on pharmaceutical policy matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Policy Analysis: Leading the policy shaping work for PhAMA, navigating the evolving regulatory and market access landscape, ensuring equitable access of innovative medicines in Malaysia.

·Strategic Governance: Lead committees and facilitate consensus among member companies to align with PhAMA's objectives.

·Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to lead external engagements with relevant government and broader stakeholders (i.e. industry, healthcare partners) operating within the Malaysian Healthcare ecosystem.

Eligibility:

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry

•Strong understanding of Malaysia's healthcare, policy and regulatory ecosystem, with proven experience engaging government authorities, industry stakeholders, and external partners

•Demonstrated ability in strategic stakeholder engagement, industry coordination, and navigating the Malaysian healthcare environment effectively
