Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-grade web applications. You will provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Core Tech Stack Requirements

• Backend: Java, Spring / Spring Boot.
• Frontend: Angular / React.
• API: RESTful API design and integration.
• Database: MySQL (proficiency in query optimization and schema design).

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers through the full software development life cycle (SDLC), providing architectural guidance and mentorship.
• Development: Hands-on development of robust backend and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Architecture & Design: Make key architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration across different systems.
• Code Quality: Enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security, including regular code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimization: Continuously improve application performance and reliability while overseeing database management.

Criteria & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 58 years in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential for managing cross-functional teams in 2026's dynamic market.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
