Are you an elite ML Engineer who has transitioned from traditional modeling to building production-grade Agentic AI ecosystems Can you confidently architect multi-agent automation networks, engineer custom tool-calling orchestrations, and build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation ($RAG$) pipelines from discovery straight to deployment We are hunting for a visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead a business-critical, 24-month high-impact contract!

This position is open to ALL nationalities and requires a seasoned technical lead who can comfortably mentor a squad of 4 engineers while owning heavy production architectures on enterprise cloud and Databricks platforms.

• Core Specialization: End-to-End Delivery, Agent Harness Engineering, Multi-Agent Automation, Tool-Calling Orchestration.
• Tech Stack: Python, LLMs, RAG, Databricks, Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), MLOps, CI/CD.
• Location: Regional FinTech & AI Innovation Hub

️ Your Technical & Leadership Mission:

• Agentic AI Leadership: Architect, engineer, and optimize advanced multi-agent automation systems, custom agent harness environments, and precise tool-calling orchestration patterns.
• End-to-End Enterprise Delivery: Own the complete ML lifecycle from initial business discovery and architecture framing to production-grade deployment and scaling.
• Advanced RAG & LLM Optimization: Build and refine high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation ($RAG$) data pipelines and LLM routing mechanisms.
• Data & Cloud Engineering: Construct scalable, enterprise-grade ML data pipelines utilizing Databricks across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Robust MLOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Implement industrial-strength MLOps practices, ensuring automated testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and runtime model monitoring.
• Team Orchestration: Serve as the technical lead and mentor for a high-performing squad of 4 ML/AI engineers, keeping delivery velocity and code standards exceptionally high.
