Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for region/country-level product assortment planning and inventory efficiency management, establishing a closed-loop mechanism of: Design → Buy → Launch → Track → React → Review.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategies for the Southeast Asia region
  • Manage the regional buyer and merchandise analyst team
  • Lead assortment structure, depth allocation, and OTB recommendations
  • Liaise with Guangzhou design and merchandising teams
  • Lead in-season fast reaction and product adjustment mechanisms
  • Conduct store visits, diagnose issues, and deliver market feedback
  • Manage the buyer and planner team; establish SOPs for merchandising operations.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in apparel retail merchandising
  • Fast fashion / premium fashion background; some VM capability preferred
  • Familiar with OTB, Assortment, WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake)
  • Experience in regional multi-market management; willing to travel

*Based in Guangzhou, China or SEA;

*Business travel on a monthly basis
