Core Responsibilities
Responsible for region/country-level product assortment planning and inventory efficiency management, establishing a closed-loop mechanism of: Design → Buy → Launch → Track → React → Review.
Specific responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies for the Southeast Asia region
- Manage the regional buyer and merchandise analyst team
- Lead assortment structure, depth allocation, and OTB recommendations
- Liaise with Guangzhou design and merchandising teams
- Lead in-season fast reaction and product adjustment mechanisms
- Conduct store visits, diagnose issues, and deliver market feedback
- Manage the buyer and planner team; establish SOPs for merchandising operations.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in apparel retail merchandising
- Fast fashion / premium fashion background; some VM capability preferred
- Familiar with OTB, Assortment, WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake)
- Experience in regional multi-market management; willing to travel
*Based in Guangzhou, China or SEA;
*Business travel on a monthly basis
