Contract Duration: 12 Months Renewable Contract

1. Position Summary

The ITSM Tool Lead role focuses on managing and supporting the BMC Remedy ITSM platform, including administration, installation, version upgrades, scripting, customization, workflows, and reporting.

2. Key Responsibilities

BMC Remedy Administration:

• Manage and administer the BMC Remedy ITSM platform.
• Support BMC Remedy installation and version upgrades.
• Perform Remedy scripting and customization, including code and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Remedy reporting.

ITSM Tool Support:

• Provide support for the BMC Remedy ITSM platform.
• Maintain and manage the ITSM tool to support operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Remedy platform.

3. Required Experience

BMC Remedy Experience:

• Experience with BMC Remedy as an end user or administrator.
• Administrator experience is required for the ITSM Tool Lead role.

Technical Experience:

• Experience with Remedy installation.
• Experience with Remedy version upgrades.
• Experience with Remedy scripting.
• Experience with Remedy customization, including code and workflows.
• Experience with Remedy reporting.
