Lead PMO

Job Description :Lead PMO governance across portfolios, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance standards.Drive stakeholder management and executive reporting, presenting portfolio, financial, and resource metrics to senior leadership.Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis, Capex/Opex tracking, and accruals.Oversee resource and demand management covering capacity planning, utilization, bench management, and onboarding/offboarding.Track end-to-end project lifecycle across SDLC/PLC, ensuring milestone achievement and delivery against SOWs.Maintain RAID logs, RACI matrices, and support risk mitigation and change management initiatives.Coordinate vendor, contract, billing, invoicing, AP/AR, and commercial governance activities.Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
