Lead Process Safety

As lead Process Safety Engineer under Front End and Detail Design Engineering (FDDE) Section to achieve company aspirations and implement corporate policies. Incumbent shall provide engineering review and verification capability to projects during proposal, FEED, and or EPCIC phases, to minimize / optimize bid, procurement and construction quality, safety, cost and schedule.

1. Review and verify FEED document during ITB proposal. Timeliness Accuracy

2. Review, verify, and manage FEED work during ITB / FEED competition phase. Timeliness Accuracy Cost optimisation

3. Endorse FEED at beginning of detailed design / EPCIC phase. No. of findings closed

4. Review, verify, and manage detailed design work during EPCIC phase. Timeliness Accuracy

5. Review and manage vendor data review and incorporation into detailed design. No of initiatives Cost savings

6. Support STQ resolution during fabrication phase; review commissioning procedure and support during commissioning phase. Timeliness

7. Overall ensure his/her areas as well as working with other disciplines as a team to ensure projects are executed achieving safety and quality goals, within cost and schedule. No of initiatives Cost savings

8. Coach and mentor MMHE young engineers. Perform any other tasks assigned by superior. Timeliness Accuracy

Requirements

• 15 -25 years in oil & gas, at least 1 lead role in CPP or FPSO.
• Registration as Professional Engineer in related discipline practice with BEM or equivalent body is an added advantage.
• BSc in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
