- Define and execute product strategies by translating market insights and customer requirements into new product and service opportunities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through business case development, product roadmap ownership and successful product launches
- Provide end‑to‑end leadership across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, sustainment and end‑of‑life decisions
- Lead New Product Development and New Product Introduction initiatives using structured stage‑gate governance

Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Lead Product Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline such as engineering or applied sciences
- 5-7 years of progressive product management experience with exposure to NPI and P&L‑impacting decisions
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management and business case development
- Solid understanding of complex manufacturing environments and industrial market dynamics
- Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including go‑to‑market and sustaining investments
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑influencing skills
- Ability to lead and align cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing conflict to drive effective decision‑making
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
