We are looking for an experienced Project Management Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve business outcomes
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert in project management
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, issues, and outcomes
- Make informed decisions and provide solutions that apply across multiple teams
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead project meetings to align team efforts and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and value realization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Program / Project Management
- Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management
- Intermediate proficiency in:
- Estimation & Planning
- Risk Management
- Scope Management
- Human Resource Management
- Advanced proficiency in Value Architecture & Value Realization
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
