About This Role
As a QA Lead, you will drive quality across the development lifecycle by defining and implementing effective testing strategies. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure high standards in reliability, performance, and delivery, while mentoring the QA team and continuously improving testing practices.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Saturday to Sunday: Off days
- Work Arrangement: (Hybrid) 3 days office at Q Sentral, 2 days WFH
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and drive QA strategy and best practices.
- Lead test planning, design, and execution (functional, regression, integration, E2E).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality from requirements to release.
- Manage defects and support resolution with engineering teams.
- Provide release readiness assessments and sign-offs.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote a strong quality culture.
- Continuously improve QA processes and tools.
Position Requirements
- 7+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a lead/senior role.
- Strong experience testing complex web applications.
- Proven ability to define QA strategies and ensure test coverage.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Automation experience (e.g., Selenium).
- API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
- Log analysis tools (Kibana, Graylog).
- SQL for data validation.
- Experience in financial services or high-volume systems.
