Job Title: Lead Site Reliability Engineer/Infrastructure Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- A-to-Z Patching Service — Lead, troubleshoot, optimize, improve, and scale automated patching.
- Automation Architecture — Architect and deliver end-to-end patching pipelines leveraging Ansible Automation Platform, with integration across CI/CD toolchains (CloudBees or similar). Establish automation standards encompassing idempotency, rollback capabilities, and fault isolation, supplemented by Python scripting and Git-based release workflows.
- Observability, Reporting & Compliance — Develop telemetry frameworks covering patch status and configuration drift, produce reporting dashboards for both operational teams and regulatory stakeholders, and maintain full traceability and audit readiness across all activities.
- Reliability & Continuous Improvement — Establish and govern SLIs/SLOs, own incident management and post-incident reviews, and champion iterative improvements aimed at reducing manual effort and strengthening overall service resiliency
How does our ideal candidate look like
- A minimum of 7 years in SRE/DevOps/Platform/Infrastructure Automation with a very very non negotiable minimum experience of working with Ansible for bare minimum of 1 year.
- Second must have requirement is basically knowing at least one orchestration such as Jenkins or Cloudbees
- If you know Gitlab - they are not using it - but it'll be highly advantageous
- Third must have requirement - expert in RHEL/Linux - this will be the bulk of what you do on day to day.
- If you know reporting tool in PowerBI or any other similar ones, it will be good to have, not required though.
