About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Pega) to work on customer-assisted projects as a Senior/Lead System Architect (CSSA/LSA). You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of systems on the Pega platform, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega BPM applications (Pega 8.x and above).
- Lead Pega development for CPM, CPMI, SFA, and Pega Marketing frameworks with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience.
- Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and system bottlenecks.
- Implement integrations using SOAP, REST, MQ, HTTP.
- Ensure application security, and manage file listeners and email listeners.
- Execute development of reusable assets, conduct code reviews, and enforce IT governance for Pega projects.
- Work within SDLC, Agile, CI/CD methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct system performance tests and maintain system security.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and prepare functional, technical, and integration specifications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and procedures as required.
- Support implementation activities and provide post-implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:
- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools.
- Exposure to Java development and understanding of Java concepts.
- Knowledge of Pega containerization architecture and design.
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Compulsory: Pega CLSA certified.
- Proven experience performing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
