Job Role: Lead Software Engineer (Qlik Replicate Developer & Administrator)

Experience Level : 10+Yrs
Experience- Extensive experience in data/software engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Replicate (Attunity) or similar tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Ingestion & Replication- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Replicate pipelines for real-time and batch data replication across systems (Oracle, DB2, Cloudera, etc.)
- Administer Qlik Replicate environments, including monitoring, upgrades, patching, and license management
- Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and error handling
- Troubleshoot replication issues, bottlenecks, and connectivity challenges
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL programs
Data Integration & Project Delivery- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end data integration solutions
- Support data migration, modernization, and cloud initiatives
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides
- Ensure testing, validation, and deployment of data pipelines
- Drive automation of Qlik processes prior to transition to BAU
- Contribute to CI/CD practices
Operations & Support- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Automate processes and ensure adherence to best practices
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
Requirements- Strong experience in data/software engineering
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (Attunity) or similar data replication tools
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting
- Experience with data replication concepts (CDC, full load)
- Exposure to Hadoop (Cloudera) is an advantage
- Experience with Talend or similar ETL tools is a plus
