Position: Lead Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales, Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and client's strategic objectives.
- Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance across various platforms.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling technical proposals and solutions that address client needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Technology Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in IBM HW Product Suite and other relevant technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes through the application of innovative IT solutions, enhancing efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project delivery.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of solution architecture projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution architecture and IT consulting, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client's service offerings.
