Lead Systems Analyst

Job Description

Role Mission:The mission of the Lead Systems Analyst is to bridge business needs and technology solutions by designing scalable, feasible, and effective systems that support organizational objectives. The role ensures business requirements are clearly understood, translated, and reflected in end-to-end solution designs and platform configurations. In doing so, the role contributes to business growth, innovation, and stronger solution outcomes.

Accountabilities:

1. Deliver fit-for-purpose end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technicalobjectives.

1. Act as the single point of accountability for business requirements elicitation, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.

1. Ensure proposed solutions are technicallyfeasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems and platforms.

1. Provide expert technical advisory to stakeholders, including design recommendations,optionassessments, and implementation guidance.

1. Contribute technical leadership to partner engagements, new business initiatives, and RFP/RFT submissions

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand technical requirements.

1. Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.

1. Provide technical consultancy,expertise, and advice on matters of solution feasibility, application design, and integration.

1. Understand business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.

1. Work with partners to define technical strategies that will drive business effectiveness and improve business offerings.

1. Assist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technicalknow-howandexpertise.

1. Key stakeholdersaremainly fromCBG, FIN andCOpsteams.

Minimum Profile/ Track Record:

1. Degree in Computer Science,Computingor related field of study with at least8years of systems analysis and design or related experience in providing end to end solution design.

1. Strong background in telecommunications industry.

1. Knowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.g.Compax),Billing,Provisioning Systems, Inventory,DeliveryandIntegrations.

1. Experience in digital-related areas, including userjourney analysis during solution assessment,designthinkingand human-centric approaches to solutionassessment.

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.

1. Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

1. Excellent organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking under a dynamicenvironment.
